Overview of WEPs

The WEPs e-learning course aims at strengthening capacities of the companies and the organizations from all sectors to implement gender equality and women’s empowerment actions following the Principles by providing concrete and practical examples. The course focuses on selected transformational thematic areas that would help the WEPs signatories to realize a transformative change moving beyond individual self-improvement among women and men toward creating a gender sensitive culture, policies and practices, within the company. The first module of the WEPs learning course explains the meaning of each of the seven Principles and lays out the insights of how companies and organizations can apply the Principles in practice.
