WEPs Learn strives to equip women with new skills, capacities and characteristics to succeed in the digital economy and labour market. This virtual platform also offers learning opportunities for WEPs signatories to deepen their implementation of the Women’s Empowerment Principles. The lessons are designed to give women more confidence in job interviews, lead gender equality initiatives within their organizations, the ability to assess new job opportunities, and therefore grow their careers more effectively.

WEPs Learn is an online learning platform with interactive learning materials with a gender lens developed by UN Women for WEPs signatory organizations and their employees.

WEPs Learn brings a series of courses and learning sessions to help everyone learn new skills required on today’s job market in three distinct areas:

  • Personal development Boosters to boost your confidence, communication, assertiveness, time management and teamwork and collaboration. By learning these skills and their application, you will more confidently participate in interviews, new job search, progress and develop your career.
  • Professional development Modules about the WEPs and some key areas of implementation, including on sexual harassment in the workplace, equal pay for work of equal value, gender-responsive procurement among many other areas. The modules guide the learner on how to apply the WEPs framework in practice, and how to embed them in organizational policies and procedures.
  • Learning Webinars that draws on the knowledge and skills of industry experts.
